                            ARABIAN STALLIONS ON PARADE
                                               This is a new event added to our horse show.
The Presentation will take place after the last morning class. Non-Members cost is $50, which includes a stall.
Members will show free, but will have to purchase a stall. Each handler will be able to present their Stallion
after the group has entered the arena. Please have a write-up ready to give to the announcer that will be read
during your presentation. Time is Limited.


                              INFORMATION & REGULATIONS FOR THE HORSE SHOW

·         Show farrier is Rob Hoffman. He will be on the show grounds.        
·          Trophy and 6 place ribbons given - we reserve the right to limit, combine, divide or cancel classes.
·          Proper attire including boots and helmets/hats required.
·          No refunds without vet certificate, or unless class is canceled.
·          Salls will be MANDATORY due to safety reasons. Stall reservations will not be taken without a complete entry. No bedding provided with stalls, but will
        be available from vendor on show grounds.
·          Overnight camper hook-ups available on show grounds ????????.
·          AHSA/USDF rules apply - modified only at the judge’s discretion.
·          Concessions available on show grounds all day Saturday.
·          Photocopies of entry are acceptable for extra entries.

·          Tack holds must be requested to the ring steward  or gate person, before the start of the two-minute gate call.
·          Day of show reservations begin at 7:30 a.m.  Entries for classes will close two classes prior to entry.
·          High Point competitors must enter at least one qualified (look for , #, or + in front of class) halter class and one riding class
·          NO CROSS ENTRIES.  Arabian/Half-Arabian may not enter open classes, and open horses may not enter
 
         Arabian/Half-Arabian classes, with the exception of the Arab/Open combined classes or classes open to all breeds.
·        Entrants of Walk-Trot Classes may not enter any other performance class except schooling.
·        Liberty class may provide music (two-minute time limit).  And Two Minute catch time. Please have your tape marked and wound
           Management not responsible for equipment failure.
·        Classes start promptly at 8:30 a.m.  Make sure you report a tack change to the ring steward or gate person.
·         Copy of registration papers must accompany Arabian/Half-Arabian entries.
·          Equine Activity Sponsor Release must be completed, signed and on file with the Show Secretary.
·          Vendors are welcome. Inside fee $50.00, Outside Fee $25.00.  Please call the Show Secretary for more information.
·          A fee of $25.00 will be added to the account due of any person giving a non-negotiable check.
·          NFAHC strives to promote good sportsmanship and family oriented events.  Please refrain from use of
            
offensive language while on the show grounds.  Clay County Agricultural Center prohibits the use of alcoholic
 
          beverages and/or illegal drug use at the facility .

Cecil Equestrian and Recreation Complex 13611-C Normandy Boulevard, Jacksonville Florida. .           

FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE ABOVE ACTIVITIES, SERVICES, AND ENTRY FEES PAID, receipt and sufficiency
of which is hereby acknowledged, Participant hereby does forever and finally release, remise, acquit, satisfy and forever discharge the
Equine Activity Sponsor of and from all manner of action and actions, cause and causes of action, suit, debts, dues, sums of money,
bonds, billings, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, damages, variances, judgements, executions, claims and demands
whatsoever, in law or in equity, which may arise or might in the future arise or
herein after may arise for or against the Equine Activity
Sponsor for the activities as stated above.


This document is meant to be a full and complete release from any and all liability that may arise from participating in the above
described equine activity.  This release is given freely and voluntarily by the Participant and is meant to remain in existence throughout
